The Zhibula copper polymetallic mine is located at the junction of Mezhugongka County and Dagze County in Tibet, 70 kilometers away from Lhasa. The project is divided into the South Open-Pit and the North Open-Pit Mine. The total mining volume of the two deposits is about 75.57 million cubic meters, rock volume 69.39 million cubic meters and ore volume 6.18 million cubic meters. And the average grade of copper achieves 1.14%, the stripping ratio is 8.12 tonnes/tonne, the output is expected to be 6,000 tonnes per day during the production period of about 9 years.
Julong Copper Zhibuladao Metal Mine is the world's second-largest and Asia's first-largest copper mine, at altitude of 5500 meters, which is known as the closest mine to the sky because of its high altitude and the world's highest-altitude mining project.
Because of the high altitude, low temperatures, and thin oxygen, it poses a great challenge to mining workers and requires a higher level of operating equipment!
As an excellent partner of Jurlng Copper, Wontech drilling tools have been highly praised for their high drilling efficiency and durability in the face of the harsh environment of hard rock and difficult working environment.
